Ordering leaflets and booklets for events

Which materials to request?

If you are handing out literature in the street or putting it through people’s doors, leaflets are most effective. This is because the information is brief and to the point, to get the interest of people who have not specifically requested it.

Leaflets are also great for stalls – we have a range of leaflets suitable for many different events.

Booklets are best to use when people have shown a particular interest, for example when they have approached a stall to ask for information or are attending a talk. These people are much more likely to read a full booklet.

Ordering

If you are organizing a stall or event in the UK we can send you up to 150 leaflets and 50 booklets free of charge to hand out.  To request materials, please email info@vegansociety.com with your postal address, the date of your event, the type of event, its subject or theme and/or roughly how many people you expect to attend.  Please state which booklets and leaflets you need.

International requests for small amounts of leaflets will be considered (although cannot be guaranteed), please email info@vegansociety.com to discuss your requirements.

There is no charge for leaflets and booklets but you are welcome to make a donation if you wish, particularly for overseas orders.

Vegan Catering for All

Vegan Catering Guide
for hospitals and care homes

The two catering booklets are designed to be used by professional caterers and establishments to help them provide vegan food.

Vegan Catering for All is a general guide which is great for restaurants and cafes, and the Vegan Catering Guide for Hospitals and Care Homes is ideal for any establishment needing to produce nutritious food on a budget.

Contact us for free copies of Vegan Catering for All to give to restaurants and cafes in your area and encourage them to cater for vegans!

If you or a vegan friend or relative has a stay in hospital coming up or is in a care home, request the Vegan Catering Guide for Hospitals and Care Homes to pass on to the catering manager of the hospital or care home. We can also send a copy directly to the hospital or care home catering manager if you wish, please contact our Advocacy Officer on advocacy@vegansociety.com or phone 0121 523 1742 if you would like us to contact them on your behalf.

If you are a caterer, please get in touch if you would like a free paper copy of either guide.
